Für die spektakuläre Optik des seriennahen Konzeptmodells sorgen unter anderem der mattgraue Lack, ein 20-Zoll-Radsatz, Spoiler und Schweller in Karbon sowie eine CFK-Motorhaube. Das Serienmodell des BMW M4 GTS wird erstmals am Heck mit organischen LED-Leuchten (OLEDs) ausgestattet sein, das eine besonders präzise Lichtgrafik nach hinten bringt.
